Directions
For use in U.S. territories. Over the counter only. Store in vial only. Keep in a cool, dry place between 41 degrees F and 86 degrees F and below 90% relative humidity. Replace cap immediately.
Ingredients
Reagent Composition: Each Test Strip Contains, Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide Dependent Glucose Dehydrogenase or FAD-GDH (from Aspergillus Sp.) - 2 U; Potassium Ferricyanide 41; and Other Ingredients: (Buffer, Etc.), the Vial Contains a Drying Agent.
Warnings
Do not use if seals are missing or broken. Do not reuse. Do not use if expiration date has passed. Record discard date on the vial. Discard 6 months after opening. Dispose of used test strips properly.
